The 53' cruiser "Kokomo" takes Tybee Island vistors on a variety of tours and adventures. As the boat departs it will pass many of the beaches along Georgia's Barrier Islands and allow visitors to see many parts of the Low Country that can only be seen by boat. Eco cruises, bird watching cruises, shelling cruises and evening cruises are available. The "Kokomo" will also provide the transportation for those wishing to kayak or scuba dive.

Lazaretto Creek Marina offers fishing charters and sunset cruises. Groups up to six people can go for a day of inshore or offshore fishing. The excursions range from four to 10 hours. Fishing equipment is provided, but guests need to bring their own fishing license, which can be purchased at the marina, as well as any food or drinks they may need. Sunset cruises are available daily, which depart from the marina. Reservations are required.
